Weekly sessions term time Tues 10.00 - 11.30am, restarting after Summer break on 13 September.
Hatha Yoga consists of postures, breathing techniques and complete relaxation.
It is non competitive and you work carefully with your body, mind and breath in a quiet and meditative way to encourage improved health, strength, vitality and general well being.
