Hiring Fees: Standard & Commercial Rate Per Hour for Hirings as from 1 January 2022:
Main Hall: £20 Second Hall: £17 Stour Lounge: £15
Main Hall & Second Hall: £30 - (see * below) Main Hall, Second Hall & Stour Lounge: £37- (see * below) Second Hall & Stour Lounge: £24
Consultation Room: £15 Stour Lounge & Consultation Room: £23 Changing Rooms: £20
Catering Van - parking space + electricity supply: £7.50

We are now open for bookings by regular groups provided the organisers comply with Government guidance and timetable for relaxation of lockdown rules, and Our own COVID-19 Additional Conditions of Hire for all Hirers. Masks and sanitiser and instructions are available inside the main door. For one-off bookings such as parties please contact our bookings secretary Kath Kollberg on or 07729712428 if urgent.

Below is the Bookings Calendar on the Hallmaster system. To request a booking, click the cross for the date you would like to book - if you are a new hirer you willl need to register. Descriptions of each room are on the Hall Facilities page.Using the system generates a request which will be acknowledged with an email but this is not a firm booking until you receive a confirmation email.
