Hiring Fees: Standard & Commercial Rate Per Hour for Hirings as from 1 September 2024: The following charges represent and increase of approximately 4% rounded to the nearest 50p and have been agreed by the Trustees:

Main Hall: £21	Second Hall: £17.50	Stour Lounge: £15.50
Main Hall & Second Hall: £31 - (see * below)	Main Hall, Second Hall & Stour Lounge: £38.50 - (see * below)	Second Hall & Stour Lounge: £25
Changing Rooms: £21
Catering Van - parking space + electricity supply: £8

* please also arrange for a committee member to open the partition in advance if you need this when booking both halls.
Discounts are available for regular bookings or for hirings over 6 hours - contact the bookings secretary Kath Kollberg on 07729712428 or sturhallbookings@gmail.com.
You will need to state whether your booking is public or private: Private: Shown as 'Private Event' on the Calendar with no info for the the public apart from the timings of the event. Public: Bookings and contact details are displayed on the calendar. This is ideal for classes and public events.

Below is the Bookings Calendar on the Hallmaster system. To request a booking, click the cross for the date you would like to book - if you are a new hirer you willl need to register. Descriptions of each room are on the Hall Facilities page.Using the system generates a request which will be acknowledged with an email but this is not a firm booking until you receive a confirmation email.
